SHIPPING

Each item is hand made to order, so please allow 7-12 business days to process shipping.

We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses, items lost, damaged or stolen during or after shipping.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.

 

International shipping and Duties

WE DO NOT ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL RETURNS AT THIS TIME. 

We are located in the US. Any country outside the US is considered international.

We are not responsible for any tax or import duties.

Once we ship to address provided and carrier chosen by customer, we are not responsible for any international delays. 

 

RETURNS

We accept unworn domestic returns within 10 days of the date your package was received. If not returned or shipped to return within the 10 days of receiving your order, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

We have a right to refuse any return that is dirty or not in unworn condition.  

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

RETURNS TIMELINE

 We process all returns within 3-6 business days of receiving your items, we will send you an email with the details of your processed return. Refunds will be returned to the account or payment method used to make the original purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for this to appear in your account.
